Catfish
4 catfish fillets
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp Texas Traditions Texas Hot Salt™
1 large egg
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
Beat egg in a bowl. Add the Texas Hot Salt™ to
the seasoned bread crumbs, stirring until evenly distributed. Place
large heavy skillet on medium heat and add oil. Dip each catfish
filet in the egg mixture then roll in the seasoned bread crumbs,
making sure to coat each side evenly. Gently pan fry until crust
is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork, about 8-10 minutes. |
