Southwest Pepper Salad Dressing Drizzle

1 Tablespoon Texas Traditions Southwest Pepper Dip Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well: As a salad dressing, cover and refrigerate. Chill 30 minutes to thicken, stir before serving.

Delicious on Taco Salads or garden salads with grilled chicken, or Veggie Pancakes and Egg Casseroles!

As a drizzle, allow flavors to marry for 30 minutes at room temperature, pour into squeeze bottle. Squeeze design on plate, arrange seafood entree or shrimp. Drizzle over grilled salmon and chicken or your favorite omelets or scrambled eggs.
