Mustard
Apricot Pork Chops
1/3 cup apricot preserves
2 Tbs. Texas Traditions Country-Style German Mustard
4 (3/4-inch-thick) pork chops
3 green onions, chopped
Combine preserves and mustard in a small saucepan;
heat until preserves melt, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Trim
excess fat from pork chops, and place chops on a lightly greased
broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes; brush chops
with half of glaze, and turn. Broil 5 minutes, and brush with remaining
glaze. Broil an additional 2 minutes, and sprinkle with green onions.
Yield: 4 servings. |
