Lone Star
Sauce
8 cups mayonnaise
1 cup jalapeños
1 cup green onions
1 Tbs. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Texas Traditions Texas Hot Salt™
Puree jalapeños and onions in blender or
food processor. Place mixture in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients
and beat on low speed for 5 minutes.
Makes 8 cups. Serve with fries, fried cheese,
artichoke hearts and buffalo wings. |
