Student Recipe Competition with Texas Traditions
Jalapeno Glazed Halibut

2 oz - Texas Traditions Jalapeno
Pepper Jelly Add to Basket
1 oz - BBQ sauce (Regular Flavored preferred)
1/16 ts - Tabasco Sauce
4 Filets of Halibut
Salt and Pepper to taste
Set Oven to Broil. Combine Jelly and
BBQ sauce. Add in Tabasco and season with salt. Salt and Pepper
Fish Filets. Spoon ½ of glaze over the Filets. Broil Fish
for 5 min. Check to see if flesh is flaking. Once done remove from
oven and spoon remaining mixture over filets and serve.
