Cheese Ball

2 cups Colby Jack Cheese (finely shredded)
1 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Tbs. of Ranch Dip Mix (I use Hidden Valley packet and measure it)
1 - 2 tsp. of Texas Traditions Jalapeño Ranch Dip Mix

Mix well. I use mixer. Form into 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans. I
also sprinkle paprika on the cheese ball for added flavor and color. Refrigerate or freeze.
